Position Overview: Salisbury Chiropractic and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into an immediate full caseload. Our clinic offers a supportive and professional environment where you can grow and help clients achieve their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities: ● Provide high-quality massage therapy services to a diverse clientele. ● Assess clients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. ● Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Athletic Therapists to provide integrated care as appropriate. ● Adhere to the standards of practice and code of ethics set by the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick. ● Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Qualifications: ● Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick.
● Professional liability insurance. ● Proven experience in a clinical setting (new graduates with relevant clinical placements are welcome to apply). ● Strong knowledge of Massage Therapy techniques and principles. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. ● Compassionate and client-centered approach to care.
