The province continues to be in the Yellow Phase of the NB COVID-19 alert levels. This means that restrictions related to indoor gatherings larger than 50 people remain in place. Thus, the ANBMT will host its first ever virtual AGM.

The virtual AGM will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 10am through the ClearPicture virtual meeting platform. Prior to the start of the meeting, all registrants will be provided with a meeting invite link to connect to the meeting. Materials to be presented at the meeting will be circulated to those who plan to attend in advance of the meeting, i.e. reports and financial review.

2020 AGM–Instructions to Access and Log Into Your Virtual ClearPicture Meeting

IMPORTANT NOTE: The meeting will NOT be held through Zoom. It will be held through ClearPicture, which is an entirely different meeting platform.

No app or downloads required!
Make sure you have a new version of Chrome, Firefox or the new Edge browser.
Do NOT use Safari (it requires additional setup).
The virtual AGM is scheduled for 90 minutes (maximum).

Login Credentials (attendees require the following in order to successfully log into the meeting):

1. Username: Email address (registered as preferred email address with the ANBMT)
2. Password: Username (provided to you by the ANBMT–used to log into the ANBMT’s website)

Choose your preferred language at the top right corner (below the login button)

Attendees may access the meeting lobby fifteen (15) minutes before the meeting start time. *Encouraged!

*(We encourage all attendees to log in prior to the meeting start time and choose the walkthrough video to familiarize yourself with the meeting platform tools/functionalities.)

While in the lobby, attendees can test their camera and microphone, chat (text) with others in the lobby, snap their Avatar picture (if they wish); and watch a video on the meeting functionalities.

Attendees are unable to enter into the meeting until the meeting officially starts.
