Pelvic Re-balancing with Light Touch Myofascial Therapy 


This course is a specialized treatment-focused workshop aimed at enhancing participants’ skills in utilizing light touch fascial therapy to balance the pelvis. By the end of this weekend course, participants will have a solid understanding of pelvic rebalancing and its impact on the body. They will possess the skills necessary to assess, treat, and create comprehensive treatment plans using light touch fascial therapy techniques. Additionally, participants will be equipped with home therapy strategies to enhance treatment outcomes and promote long-term wellness. 

The course outline may be adjusted based on the specific requirements and time constraints, and may include additional practical sessions, case discussions, and Q&A. 

Required Materials 

shorts or loose-fitting pants and sports bra/tank top as appropriate 

pen and notebook 

yoga mat or blanket for floor exercises 

INSTRUCTOR: Peter Stuart, RMT 

Peter Stuart has been a massage therapist and educator since 1993, specializing in myofascial release within patient-centred care, treatment of chronic pain conditions, and transformation from the negative effects of trauma. Peter is the founder and lead instructor for Stuart Therapies & Seminars Inc.
