Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
- Administer evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with fellow practitioners within our multi-disciplinary team to provide coordinated and integrated care for our patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
