The province continues to be in the Yellow Phase of the NB COVID-19 alert levels. This means that restrictions related to indoor gatherings larger than 50 people remain in place. Thus, the ANBMT will host its first ever virtual AGM.

The virtual AGM will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 10am through the ClearPicture virtual meeting platform. Prior to the start of the meeting, all registrants will be provided with a meeting invite link to connect to the meeting. Materials to be presented at the meeting will be circulated to those who plan to attend in advance of the meeting, i.e. reports and financial review.

Proposed Bylaws Presentation and Question Period–Zoom webinar sessions

Due to the virtual AGM’s strict schedule of 90 minutes (maximum), the Association will incur added costs if we exceed the scheduled maximum time limit. For that reason, this will be your opportunity to learn and ask questions before the Bylaws are brought forward for ratification during the virtual AGM.

Note: The proposed Bylaws will not come into effect until they are voted on and ratified by eligible voting members.
