- List ways to set strong boundaries

- Explain how a treatment should be terminated
After an Incident

- List steps to take after a client has sexually harassed you
- Document the incident properly
This four-hour (4-hour) course will consist of a combination of lectures and group discussions geared towards equipping you with the skills to assess and manage situations where a client displays harassing behavior, violates professional boundaries, or engages in conduct that raises uncertainties about professionalism. We will discuss local resources for Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and delve into the legal aspects that safeguard your well-being.
Included with the course is a supplementary workbook containing engaging learning activities and a comprehensive summary of key takeaways for your ongoing reference. Given that boundary establishment is intricately connected to an RMT’s scope of practice, this workshop will qualify as a category A continuing education unit (CEU).
